Many people wonder if there IS a cure to heart disease. Well the answer will vary. Heart disease CAN be extremely well slowed down or even partially reversed when doing the right things. Here are some non-medicinal ways to prevent and cure heart disease.
1. Take 30 mins a day, and take slow but deep breaths in and out. Picture a flame of a candle and focus it between your eyes. This will eliminate some stress you may have.
2. Eat a very low calorie diet. If you are doing physical activity, aim for no more than 1500 calories a day. If you are expletive inactive you don't need more than 1100 calories a day.
3. Do slow but longer move exercises like ballet or tai chi. Do not do intense workouts without getting used to the non-intensive ones. Do exercises for about an hour a day.
4. Become a vegetarian or limit your meat intake to the lowest as possible. You will feel a huge difference when eliminating meat.
5. Whenever a stressful thought comes to your head immediately take a deep breath. Stress can reduce oxygen going to your heart, so you want to make sure your heart is getting all the oxygen needed. When you are stressed, your heart and whole body will require more oxygen.
6. Stretch! Even if you are at your PC or desk, spread your legs or find at least some way of stretching.
